Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
1. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unfortunately we are unable to extend them beyond 12 months.
2. Gift certificates are redeemable at our online store only and cannot be used anywhere else including in any of our stockist stores.
3. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given.
4. Gift certificates can only be redeemed in whole. Unredeemed values will not remain on the e-gift card for future purchases, so please be aware that anything you don’t spend in one transaction will be forfeited.
5. Gift certificates are only valid in Australia as we do not currently operate overseas.
6. Outback Clothing Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates. Please treat them like cash.
7. Gift certificates can be used in conjunction with another form of payment such as PayPal, Credit Card or AfterPay (subject to AfterPay terms and conditions).
8. Outback Clothing Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift certificate at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancelling a gift certificate if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.

Neither Outback Clothing Company, nor the provider of the data, represents or guarantees, or accepts any liability whatsoever in respect of, the accuracy, currency or completeness of the e-gift card information. Outback Clothing Company does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.
