SHIPPING INFO

We use Australia Post and Australia’s leading freight companies.

Our customers will receive SMS and/or email notifications throughout the delivery process and can track their order for peace of mind.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking details are available on the delivery website.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, except during holiday periods or for custom/made to order items such as saddles. Delivery within Australia is estimated to take 2-5 working days, though orders to Perth, rural areas, or remote locations may take up to 10 working days.

Outback Clothing Co are not to be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason, your item or product is not suitable, please contact us by email to arrange your return, for a store credit within 14 days.

Please return the item/s unworn, unwashed, with no odours (smoke, perfume, animal or body) and in the exact same condition it was sent to you in.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs associated with sending back items.

If you are returning an item/product/order because you’ve had a change of mind, we will issue a store credit.

Refunds will be issued only if items are faulty, not as described or have a major defect that cannot be repaired or swapped.

Please contact us before purchasing if you don’t agree to our returns policy as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after your order has been processed.

Also please note, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed so please get in touch prior to completing your order if you are unsure about making the purchase.
